Memberships includes:

• Hormone replacement included and sent home with you that day. Customized to your needs and goals you will walk out with everything you need to start feeling better in a few weeks. There are a few exceptions but most are 100% covered by your membership.

• Consultations with Stephanie. These are 30-60 min conversations and can be virtual or we can connect in person our space located at the Erie Wellness Collective.

• Text and email access for quick and easy questions to keep you feeling confident. I know how valuable your time and energy is.

• Customized nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plans

• Intake and follow up labs as appropriate

• Resources to get the most up to date information (information is power) and access to best products at the most accessible prices on the market

Maintenance for members of 6 months + only- Inquire at next appointment
