What kinds of hormones does Vital offer?
Care is individualized. Most prescriptions are FDA-approved, body-identical estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. We listen to what your body needs and replace what’s required to restore balance. Vital does not offer hormone pellets.
Does Vital offer weight loss medication?
Many people find that balanced hormones and supportive lifestyle measures will help build muscle, increase energy, and encourage stubborn belly fat to burn with daily activity. If you would like more support with this, Stephanie can see if you are a good candidate for the state-of-the-art weight loss medication offered at Vital.

Do I need other health care providers?
We are part of your health care team and will continue to work with your primary care provider and other specialist to ensure you thrive.
What is perimenopause?
Menopause is marked by 12 months since your last menstrual period. This comes with a marked decreased in estrogen and a HUGE change in almost every system in the body. Perimenopause encompasses the roughly 10-year period before the last period and menopause itself. Hormones start to become less predictable and can shift in a variety of ways and create many different symptoms depending what hormone is surging or dropping. We have come to think of menopause as a transition more than a moment.
How do I know if I’m perimenopausal?
The easiest way to find out is to schedule a discovery call with us. We specialize in women’s health across the lifespan and can help you navigate hormone changes and any intertwined health conditions.
Symptoms often begin between ages 35–50 but can begin as late as 60 for some women. These may include (but aren’t limited to) fatigue, brain fog, trouble sleeping, hot flashes, night sweats, low sex drive, vaginal dryness, joint pain, increased anxiety, irritability, depression, alcohol intolerance, weight gain, headaches, painful intercourse, and loss of skin elasticity.
If this feels overwhelming, please know you are not alone. We’re here to help.
